The Square House is a very simple, compact, and efficient 3 bedroom plan with 1830 square feet that maximizes its modest footprint. The ground floor is very open with a large combined living/dining area with shared fireplace that is open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Open shelving separate the entry from the living area. The stair landing is extra deep to provide a window seat that makes a normally unusable space into something special. The 2 large bedrooms upstairs both have small built-in desks with windows. Within its steeply pitched roof, the attic becomes available for a study, office, kids play area or future master suite. In the Square House, everything you need is never very far away.
