Features

The 1560 square foot Mountain Home has built-in flexibility and can fit a variety of lifestyles and family sizes. It features a master bedroom suite on the main floor and a windowed office conveniently located next to the front door. The office could also serve as a guest or kids bedroom. The living/dining area is open to the kitchen with an enlarged counter for informal meals. The stairs lead up to a "project room" with full bath and walk-in closet that could easily become a 3rd bedroom or guest suite.

This allows a local architect, engineer, or home designer in your area to modify the plans for you and ensure compliance with local building permit requirements.
