The EP-3-1430 is an extremely efficient and simply
planned 3 bedroom house that maximizes its modest 1430 square feet. It's
roof is very straightforward, easy-to-build and extends over the the entire house and carport. The link between the house and carport becomes a shared entry from the front and back doors and contains a utility room and half bath. The entry can be closed off with French doors if desired. Both the kitchen and dining areas have vaulted ceilings which increases their spaciousness. Open
to the dining area is a more intimate living room with a wood or gas stove and views outside.
Both the dining area and the front bedroom have built-in window seats.
