It features a very large 39 by 16 1/2 foot living/dining area that opens up to a patio with a whole wall of french doors with transom windows above. This generous space can be used in many ways and could even support an office or guest room at one end, separated from the rest of the room by a folding screen or other piece of furniture. It is a plan that can be as flexible as you are.

This allows a local architect, engineer, or home designer in your area to modify the plans for you and ensure compliance with local building permit requirements.
